Breaking Through with Strength! COSMOPlat AIoT Wins the 2025 China Quality Innovation Achievement Award

Recently, at the 2025 China Quality Innovation and Quality Improvement Achievement Presentation & Exchange Series, organized by China Quality magazine, COSMOPlat AIoT's Chongqing factory, Foshan factory, Jiaozhou factory, and Huangdao factory won multiple awards.

This national event for quality innovation achievements attracted participation from many leading enterprises across industries. During the presentation and Q&A session, COSMOPlat AIoT's participating teams demonstrated their solid technical expertise and pragmatic innovation spirit, showcasing detailed case data and clear implementation roadmaps.

The Chongqing factory's project, Exploration and Application of Intelligent Scenario Integration Empowered by Cloud-IoT Big Data, was awarded the National “Demonstration-Level Achievement” in the 2025 China Quality Innovation and Quality Improvement Achievement Release by the China Association for Quality. This honor reflects the factory's deep commitment to digital-intelligent transformation and its practice of driving quality upgrades through technological innovation.

During project implementation, the Chongqing factory leveraged the cloud-IoT big data platform to actively explore intelligent scenario applications. By integrating technologies such as equipment interconnection and data modelling, the factory successfully streamlined the entire production process, achieving refined and intelligent quality control. This not only reduced product defect rates but also improved production efficiency, delivering first-class product quality to customers. Behind this achievement is the dedication and hard work of every member of the Chongqing factory, vividly demonstrating their professional competence in “speaking with data and validating through results,” which won unanimous recognition from the judging panel.

The DIP1 Team of the Foshan factory stood out among 400 projects, successfully advancing to the finals and winning the “Professional-Level Achievement” at the China Quality Innovation & Improvement Achievements Presentation and Exchange Forum. Through on-site evaluation, the expert panel commended the project for its outstanding performance in technical innovation, implementation standardization, and verifiable economic benefits. Its standardized operation model and replicable practices were highly recognized, with strong industry promotion value.

QC projects from the Huangdao Factory and Jiaozhou Factory emerged from 571 projects, successfully advancing and winning “Professional-Level Achievements” at the China Quality Innovation & Improvement Achievements Presentation and Exchange Forum. With outstanding performance, these QC projects also qualified for participation in the National QC Presentation. This recognition not only validates past quality management practices but also a powerful demonstration of the factory’s robust capabilities.
