Recently, at the "2025 China Quality Innovation and Improvement Achievement Release and Exchange Series" hosted by China Quality magazine, COSMOPlat’s four major factories in Chongqing, Foshan, Jiaozhou, and Huangdao earned multiple national and professional honors, thanks to their solid quality management practices and digital-intelligent explorations. This nationwide exchange event brought together industry-leading enterprises to share advanced quality improvement experiences and innovative practices, promoting high-quality development in the manufacturing sector.

The Chongqing factory project, “Exploration and Application of Digital-Intelligent Scenario Integration Empowered by Cloud-Connected IoT Big Data”, was awarded the national-level title of “Demonstration-Level Achievement.” By integrating equipment connectivity, data modeling, and intelligent monitoring, the Chongqing factory achieved refined management across the entire production process.

The Foshan factory’s DIP1 team stood out among 400 submitted projects and was ultimately honored as a “Professional-Level Achievement.” Through standardized operational procedures and replicable management models, the project achieved both technological innovation and economic efficiency, demonstrating significant industry promotion value.

The Huangdao and Jiaozhou factories’ QC projects successfully advanced among 571 nationwide submissions and received “Professional-Level Achievement” recognition. These projects emphasize rapid on-site problem closure, data traceability, and experience standardization, making quality improvement outcomes sustainable and easily replicable, thereby strengthening the overall corporate quality system.

These awards not only recognize the past management practices of each factory but also demonstrate COSMOPlat’s strong capabilities in digital quality management.
